What platforms do you use?
I used to have a Twitter account with about 5,000 followers, but I stopped using it for a number of reasons, not least their policy on AI-related content. I switched to Bluesky, but my following there is much smaller.
I also have my own website, but I feel like I can't promote it without social media. What platforms do you use, if any?

This is something many people are facing right now. When you lose a well-established account and start from scratch on a new platform, the feeling of being pushed back is very demotivating. Many in a similar situation are switching to an online marketing platform. It's a convenient way to publish content, test which topics really resonate with people, and generate a stream of interested readers without aggressive promotion.
