Dogs:

Our dogs are bred and raised on site. Generations and generations of superior quality. We also have dogs available received as form of stud service payment (puppy back) from breeders all over the world. Our puppies are sired by our world-famous studs. The best way to obtain one of our babies is to submit an inquiry on our homepage. This will add you to our mail list for updates & availability!

Deposits:

Deposits are only accepted after 7 weeks of dog’s age. All deposits are non-refundable yet transferable. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Meeting in person:

We only meet for delivery of your puppy due to safety and health reasons. We are willing to share as many pictures, videos, and FaceTime to help you make a decision for your new family member. We also suggest you visit our Facebook page & Instagram account to confirm our following.

Shipping:

We ship via flight nanny in cabin only to most major airports. Delivery is usually 7-10 days after the initial deposit.

Health Guarantee:

The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian at his/her own expense within 2 days from date of purchase or guarantee will be voided. If your veterinarian does not give the dog a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the seller immediately with proof of vet chart. Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our veterinarian at our cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable or a breed related minor condition, condition which could go away, or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely grow out of is not covered (hookworm, roundworm, whipworm, tapeworm, hot spots, nail injury, ear infection, food/skin allergies, coccidiosis, giardia, coronavirus, leptospirosis, colitis, anxiety, cut & scrapes, indiscriminate eating). Parvo, canine parvovirus (CPV), after 72 hours from delivery will not be covered. 

If the dog is then found not to be in good health, Seller will offer to replace the puppy with a pup of similar quality and price. The Seller does not accept responsibility for any contagious disease diagnosed after 2 days from date of delivery. Hip and elbow dysplasia and pathological spinal disorder are covered up to 1 year of age. Your dog’s lineage has been tested and examined for conditions to assure its health. Heatstroke, exhaustion, dehydration and other heat-related conditions are not covered in any way.

The Buyer’s Responsibility:

The Buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly {indoors}, maintain shots, control the dog on a leash when in public. The dog’s outdoor area will be fenced in and secure or acceptable provisions will be made to assure the dog is safe any time he/she is outdoors. Buyer agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care and welfare. The buyer must agree to house the dog indoors as its primary housing. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely, found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health, or poor conditions the Seller has all rights to repossess the dog with no refund to the buyer. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller. This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal, not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose or function of this dog. This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities and is not to be used for any type of puppy mill or mass producing money-making operation. General Care instructions were given to you along with the health and vaccination records for this dog. Enjoy your new puppy!
