A normal afternoon became stressful after phone service suddenly started dropping in the middle of important calls. Mobile data slowed down, text messages arrived late, and signal bars kept disappearing randomly throughout the day. Restarting the phone only fixed things temporarily before the same problem returned again. By nighttime there was already frustration while searching for att customer support to see if network outages or account issues were causing the connection problems.
